We are delighted to announce that Kelvin Health will be presenting at the Roche’s HealthCare Lab acceleration program demo day on April 6th! HealthCare Lab is designed to foster innovation in collaboration with disruptive digital health startups from CEE and South Europe.
Kelvin Health is one of the 9 health-tech startups accepted in the second cohort of the acceleration program in December last year. Our goal perfectly aligns with the vision of the accelerator – to increase the availability and quality of patient care through digital innovation. In our case, this is delivered via the AI-enabled thermography solution that we develop for patients suffering from PAD & CLI to help save their limbs and lives. With the valuable support from the global biotechnology and pharmaceutical giant Roche, Europe’s largest network of health innovators EIT Health, and consultancy leader CIVITTA, we were able to further refine our strategy and focus even narrower on patients with diabetes where the problem is even more prominent and hard to diagnose.
During the multiple sprints in this three-month-long marathon, Kelvin Health is focusing on better understanding the healthcare system and fine-tuning the R&D co-creation process in collaboration with an international community of more than 30 top-notch mentors, coaches, investors, and researchers, including world-leading entrepreneurs in healthcare. We are also thrilled to get to know the other startups in the program, learn from each other and make meaningful connections.

The HealthCare Lab acceleration program will culminate at the beginning of April 2022 with a public Demo Day where all participating startups will have the opportunity to showcase their progress and communicate the value they are co-creating to a wider audience.
